Hellenic Red Cross

Since I joined the family of the Hellenic Red Cross in 2013, as a volunteer Samaritan, I was given the opportunity to design a series of posters for the needs of the organisation. Starting from the needs of my department in Nafplio city, my team and I, created a new series of strong visual communication posters with direct messages, to raise public awareness, advertise our programmes and recruit new volunteers.

A strong design challenge, always keeping in mind the design guidelines of the organisation, that have been greatly neglected the last few years. Undertaking this projecct has proved to be very rewarding, as our designs have been shared and celebrated amongst several departments across Greece. Currently we are trying to establish better and improved visual communication methods to attract more eyes, expand our number of volunteers and continue being present in huminatarian aid, as long as there are people in need.
